Korean BBQ Chicken
I never knew what I was missing until I tried Korean BBQ chicken for the first time!!! My world is changed forever! The fry on this chicken is super crispy and doesn't get soggy after applying the sauce. The sauce has a completely unique flavor that I can only describe as ultimate umami. It is spicy but not overpowering. The Gochujang sauce is the key ingredient for making perfect Koran BBQ chicken and can be found at most Asian markets. Enjoy! (How could you not?!?!?)

Ingredients
- Gluten Free Fried Chicken - https://glutenfreed.recipes/fried-chicken/
- Gochujang - 1 tbs.
- ketchup - 5 tbs.
- soy sauce - 2 tbs.
- pepper flakes (optional) - 1 tbs.
- sugar - 1/2 c.
- minced garlic - 1 tbs. (heaping)
Instructions

- Combine all of the sauce ingredients into a small sauce pot and bring to a boil.
- Put the fried chicken into a bowl.
